These guys are AWESOME!!! Beyond helpful and excellent customer service! These guys were willing to help me with my tires and even helped me get to work while they put my tires on for me. They called me with any questions they had, and notified me ahead of time when they were done and when I needed a lift back. Super friendly and honest about prices. I had a really good experience and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a good service place for their vehicles.

The two gentlemen that was up front were very nice and very friendly! I have a hyper active son, and they handled him better then most! Definitely did not feel out of place, and they made me feel very comfortable. They also helped me out with a payment plan so that I didn’t have to pay so much out of pocket and made sure that my baby (my car) was taken very well care of! Super ecstatic that someone finally listened, took the time to meet my demands, and was very patient with a hyper toddler. I will definitely remember this Pleasant experience, and will return to do service with this company!

When we pulled up to the shop we were greeted with the friendliest welcome. We were made to feel as if we were family. The oil change took half the time as anywhere else. This Mavis Tire at this location gives outstanding customer service, and their prices are very competitive. Pauly ( District Mgr.)and Chris (Location Mgr.) in the front office were very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was shown several brands of tires that I was interested in, and settled on Mavis Tires made by Hankook. Not only were the tires replaced, but they had the vehicle checked all over at no extra cost to me!! I’m a customer for life with these guys, because I know I can trust that when I have anything done concerning my vehicle, I know that it’ll be done right!! I had a great experience when I brought my car in to Mavis. The employees as soon as I walked in the door were very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Not only did they fix the problem with my car in a t budget friendly and timely, but went above and beyond to check and see if there was any other issues that were a problem. I will definitely bring my car in the the future and tell all my family and family.
