I just recently moved to the area in September and my family hasn’t ordered pizza from anywhere else since then. Though the pizza tastes very good, the shop seems very divided and lacks unity. It’s clear as day. But that’s not the kicker. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the general manager, Andrew. I placed an order online for a large 14” pizza and wings. Upon delivery I noticed the pizza box being a little small which lead me to break out the measuring tape and measure the pizza before eating it. The pizza measured 12” which is a medium. I called and spoke to the crew member who was very nice. The crew member was abruptly interrupted by Andrew and he gets on the call and the first thing he says is, “Yeah”.. At this point I noticed the change in voice but was confused about what was actually happening. This confusion could have been avoided had he cared enough to act with professionalism and state his name and position when dealing with a escalation of some sort. After becoming clear on who I was speaking to, I began to explain my reason of calling. As the general manager, his very first response was, “Well I find it hard to believe that is true because I made the pizza.” As if he is the Pizza God and cannot make a mistake. Sounds like an arrogant leader. Which explains why the atmosphere amongst the staff seems how it does. I had to explain again that I measured the pizza and could send a picture or needed or bring it back up to the restaurant if need be. I believe that Andrew did not want to have to face the absolute fact that he was wrong and changed his mind from calling me a liar to wanting to give me credit at the restaurant.nnI’ve never had any issues like this with anyone at the at the restaurant before. While some of the staff members seem dismissive and/or “against” other staff members, I’ve never had an issue like this before. I’d expect a lot more from a general manager.nnI appreciate the gesture of applying the credit but it was a very distasteful experience.

Decent pizza-definitely not as bad as some reviews say. I typically leave crust behind, but I ate this crust, so it was the best part. There was tons of cheese-but it tasted pretty bland. Almost no sauce-dry pizza is one of my biggest peeves. I guess that gives away that I'm a Chicago style girl at heart. Service was ok-I was in and out, so can't really say much. Pizza was prepared in a timely manner. The place is a little hard to find in the crazily laid out shopping center, but that's not their fault. It's hard to impress this picky pizza fiend. haha Average pizza. Not bad, but not great either.

This place had come highly recommended by friends. Perhaps the hype is one of the reasons i felt let down, and only gave 3 stars.nnI ordered a 14” with added fresh mozz. A plain pie is always the true test of good pizza.nnThe crust = 5 stars!!! The consistency, the wood-fired bake, the flavor, ALL spot on!!nThe size/portion, and toppings = 4 starsnThe cheese (both flavor and amount) = 2 starsn(i prefer a saltier, creamier mozzarella base. All of the pics online appeared much ‘cheesier’ than mine!)nnBut....nnThe SAUCE = ZERO STARS. ud83dude2dnAll i could taste was sugar. No salt, no acid, no seasoning or depth of flavor.nnSo sad. I really wanted to love this place!! I will give another shot, perhaps at lunch when it’s less expensive.

I'll preface this by saying, we order a LOT of pizza just because we're introvert foodies. This pizza was incredible, as was the spaghetti and alfredo. The sauce is slightly sweet and not at all acidic. The garlic bread isn't overcooked or over garlicked, which I appreciated. Love this place. Will order more. And more.
