I went to go pick up my order this evening and while I was in there the male manager literally was belittling one of his coworkers in front of me and other coworkers and another customer that was in there also. I personally do not appreciate that this is not the first time I’ve seen him belittle a coworker in there I will not be returning back due to the fact that I do not want to get pizza from an establishment that has managers that talk to their coworkers like that. Still good pizza though but I would recommend hiring another manager and getting rid of him before he runs off more customers. I gave a one star deuce to the fact that my pizza was still good but your management was not tonight. Thank you.

Not sure what's going on tonight but I ordered my usual pizza and it never came. Called back to ask where the pizza was, and it was delivered to the wrong apt. So they sent out another pizza, I stood outside and waited. Mind you, when I called, I ALWAYS TELL THEM TO CALL MY PHONE AND I WILL COME MEET THE DRIVER...long story short, the second pizza was on its way to another family until I said HELLO?! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL MY PHONE! Anywho, usually the service is much better and the drivers usually calls. I hope when there are special requests that the PH employees/drivers follow through.

Ordered Pizza wings and cheese sticks. Let me begin to say this... the cheese sticks were burnt. If you can not see the actual cheese on it, it’s over cooked. Secondly, the boneless wings were undercooked and very health hazardous (they didn’t offer ranch or blue cheese) and the pizza was soooooo cold and the bread was old(you can taste it fermenting) . Asked for a remake - the pizza came back with extra beef on it and was cold. asked for a third remake and it came with extra cheese on it. Pizza Huts pizza is about the sauce for the most part and on all of the pizzas there was barely any sauce on it. I’m not a fan of this particular Pizza Hut. There’s a Now Hiring sign out and I believe that there needs to be an entire new crew and manager for this store. This is sickening. I will not waste my money on this place ever again.

Ordered 3 pizza... 2 large thin crust... 1 pepperoni with extra cheese , 1 Hawaiian, and a medium pan Hawaiian with bacon added.nnThey got the pepperoni right.... but not the other 2!nnThey had pineapple, ham, chicken, onions and green peppers ... on both... the medium did have some baccon.nnDon't know how it why they messed that up! It was carry out so didn't bother taking back.

Horrible, order delivery from here twice last week they kept my two mushroom pizza and sent me two orders of nasty wings which totaled $33.00 still haven’t gotten the pizza to this daynnSo tonight a coworker talked me into ordering again got a pizza with ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE! This Pizza Hut is beyond HORRIBLE!!! Will not eat from any Pizza Hut in garner/Raleigh again.
