This is hands down the best sushi I have ever ate and hibachi. I'm definitely a new customer n will be coming here for now on.
Just ordered 4 sushi rolls and crab fried wontons and spent $40 and the sushi was disgusting so I asked if I could replace it with another type of roll which they denied and the wontons were burnt so basically wasted $40 and didn’t eat ANY of it!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Will not return!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Very rude and shrugged me off as if I don’t matter! VERY DISAPPOINTED... having been in the service industry for 20+ years I NEVER COMPLAIN or act like a KAREN! However this had my blood boiling!!!
I have picked up from here several times. For personal and for door dash. This has been the longest I have ever waited for food. I have been here for 45 minutes so far and am still waiting and this is for door dash. Do not come here unless you want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your meal.
I am a local and try to support local businesses, but this place needs to be helped horribly. After ordering there(sesame tofu )online i went to pick up a 60$ order. I got there and they hadn’t made my food over a half hour later. So i waited, and waited, and waited, 45 mins later(plus the 30 mins) they gave me the food. I get home and there’s no tofu! I call back and they say they didn’t have any that night.nI wait two months and try one more time giving them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered online, this time I needed it delivered. 1hr 24mins later i was hung up on and told” it was almost there” I just can’t with this place. So many negative reviews... Don’t order from here.
The driver who delivers the orders DOES NOT WEAR A FACE MASK! I thought people that order take out should know.
