WORST place ever! Bad customer service and not to mention when you call you are on hold for quite a bit of time and they answer with a attitude or straight up hang up on you. They are overpriced and EXTREMELY slow! Upkeep is disgusting ud83eudd2ennTransferring pharmacies
This pharmacy is EXTREMELY slow. How hard is it to pass prescriptions out the window? I've been sitting in line an hour (too weak to go inside). The employees are slow to assist and the parking lot of full of trash. I definitely would not come here if there was a Walgreens nearby.
The employees are great! However the upkeep of the property is horrendous! The parking lot is riddled with trash always, and the landscaping is never refresh or maintained. I have been a customer there for years and voice my displeasure to the CVS corporation office as well as the store managers many times. Nothing has been done for years! It's outrageous. The community feed up too with the disrespect CVS has for our neighborhood! CVS is now a hot topic in our neighborhood's community network.... the Food Lion shopping Center is the complete opposite of CVS parking lot, its is clean and well made. Sometimes needs to be done about their carelessness of the CVS. Maybe a boycott or bring attention to the media will get us results.
Very high priced for no reason. I'm like 6.00 7.00 dollars for deodorant, please. They tried to doop my wife into buying my prescription full price and said no to the insurance. Made a call and it was all good.
