My order said it was delivered. But it was not. So I called the store frustrated. The manager XAVIOR told me to calm down. That made me even more upset. You don't tell a customer to calm down. You try to fix the issue. Little does he know he opened up a can of worms he ain't ready for.
Good pie, terrible service. My pizzas were ready when I got there, but the person working the cash register had no idea how to take my payment. After playing with the terminal for almost five minutes and not being able to make the credit card machine work, she tried to type my card info in herself, and tried to tell me there was something wrong with my card. I asked her to get the credit card machine working, she finally did and my card was accepted. She just shrugged her shoulders and turned to walk away. I stopped her and asked for some plates, something that I have always gotten from them and every other pizza place, and she just said “Those cost money, you know.” I just took my pies and left.nnWill look for a different place to get my pizzas after this.
We opted for curbside delivery. Love this service. Staff very friendly and really care about safety. Oh and the food was yummo ud83dude0b
Been a customer for years, but i am done for good. Dont you think if food sat on shelf for 45 min,then another 30 min to delivered that remaking fresh food would have been the thing to do? Im sure the owner/manager wont feed his dog what i just got.If i wanted cold pizza and food i could have easily went to my freezer.
I understand having a delivery time window to accommodate multiple orders, but there’s no reason why my food should be ready (according to the tracker) 45 mins before leaving the store to be delivered.
