Do yourself a favor and do not work with this location. I decided to go with them to install a camper shell and ladder rack on my f250, once they told me on the phone that they'd done it before and it was an easy process, even though their quote came in on the high side. It wasn't easy. Two months after getting the quote I learn they never actually ordered anything. Fast forward another three months and we're finally to the install date. Day two of the supposed install is when they finally decide to let me know they are actually incapable of installing both, but that it's my problem to figure out since I own the parts now. Quite unprofessional and embarrassing to blame clients for your mistake. So, now I have a half-assedly installed camper shell with some Yakima racks I did not order, an uassembled, sat-out-in-the-rain-for-months ladder rack that I'm going to have to figure out how to properly install myself (if it's not missing anything), and I got the joy of paying a premium for it all.

Friendly staff. My company has gone though them for several trucks and they've always done right by us. They recommend a good auto body shop for the repairs I need.nnTurn at the light

Dealing with these people is horrible. I will never use them again. I had a Sortimo upfit done on my van. The sales people never answered any of the questions I had about the product and didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted the shelving set up. They took forever to get me back a quote. Once I had it and gave them my card information for the deposit it took forever for them to actually charge it. It took forever for the items I ordered to come in. Meanwhile, zero communication from the salespeople. I had to contact them repeatedly to get any sort of update on what was going on.nnFinally I scheduled an install and only a couple days before my appointment they tell me that nobody at the Raleigh location was capable of installing the upfit system I ordered - I would have to drive 2.5 HRS to another location to get my stuff installed - WHAT?! I was ready to walk on the deal, and probably should have.nnInstall day comes and I drop the van off. The office is a wreck and extremely disorganized. The staff has zero personality - they act like they hate their jobs. The employees were traversing the office and using profanity and were extremely unprofessional.nnThe upfit looks pretty good - there are some screws missing. They didn’t bother to affix a couple of add on items I purchased and I had to do it myself.nnHonestly, whoever owns/manages this place ought to be ashamed. It’s as if they don’t care at all about small business guys and just care to do huge fleets. No attention to detail, no communication and extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I paid them $3,500 for this and feel like I got ripped off. I urge you to go elsewhere to have any unfit work done on your vehicles.

Messed up clear instructions given for an install. Wrong bumper, tool drawers on the wrong side, center brake light not centered, installed tow hitch when specifically told not to. Keyless locking module installed lazily as an afterthought because they had already installed tool drawers and could only reach the front to spot weld, the back side is held up with double-sided tape (maybe would have been easier if they installed the drawers on the other side like we asked for). They probably do okay work for large company contracts, but you could tell they didn't really care about a one-off customer.nnThey did wind up correcting most of the issues.
