Just had Coats fix up a ding in my bumper that was affecting my blind spot monitors on my 2020 Mazda last week and cannot rate them highly enough! The girls in the front office, as well as their production manager, kept me up to date on the repairs every step of the way so there were absolutely no surprises. They helped get everything lined up with my insurance before the repair and their customer service was top notch overall. They made the whole process super easy for me. Plus, the repair looks great and my blind spot monitors are functioning properly again! Hoping to not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going for car repairs.

I was involved in a fender bender and my insurance sent me here. The staff and service were superb. From the front desk to estimate and repair. They did exactly what they said they would, in the time they said they would. They were friendly, reassuring, and professional. Excellent experience.

No one wants to need to visit an Auto Body Shop, but they came highly recommended and I can see why. They are great and Amy is my now my go-to if (heaven forbid) I need another repair. Call ahead! Top notch service with a team that truly cares about your vehicle and your satisfaction. My vehicle looked better than it did when I purchased it! Although the repair time took a little longer than expected, they were very communicative throughout the entire process and explained in detail what was occurring. Customer service goes above and beyond what is expected. Fought for me to help reconcile a discrepancy with my insurance company and followed up with me a few days later after they completed repairs to make sure the issue was handled. Coats was highly recommended to me and now I highly recommend them!
