Was recommended by a buddy of mine when my transmission went out on my 2004 F150. Very prompt service and honest diagnosis! Was told what it would cost from Ford and another very reputable transmission shop and these guys saved me close to $1,200 and gave a 24 month warranty instead of 12 and fixed the oil leak while there without charging me or me having to ask!! Professional Auto Repair is just that...professional! I had a wonderful experience with them. My car was making a growling noise when I would drive. My dad found them and the people at Professional Auto Repair were nice and explained what was happening to my car in laymen's terms. They fixed my car quickly and the costs were not outrageous. I will be going back to them if I have any other car problems. I met with the front desk professional and she was so sweet. She did told me what the technicians said and gave me options about how to solve my car troubles, she did not try to force me one way or the other.
