Even though my order was incorrect (got whipped cream was not supposed to) they went above and beyond ro make sure I got what I ordered and was satisfied! I will drive to this McDonald's even though it's further away from home. It's worth it for the friendly staff, cleanliness and great customer service!

I asked for my food to be cooked to order..my large fries were half full also cold and no there was no fries in the bottom of the bag..my mcdoubles was cold cheese wasn't even melted..took food back and they still got it wrong. But employees were nice

I mean? It's Mcdonalds??? For a Mickey D's they are pretty fast in the drive through and your order is right most of the time.

Fast food is slow sometimes. But, at this McDonalds locations fast food is slow all the time. I order a burger pre-pandemic and have been sitting in the line ever since. Literally 3 pharma companies have had vaccines developed, approved, and deployed, all the mean while, I am still waiting on a 4 piece nugget.nLike seriously, how can we inject 100 million doses of a vaccine in the same time that it takes you guys to put 2oz of frozen beef on a bun.nn1/10 would not recommend

Worst public relations (PR) that a restaurant could possibly have. Cashier didn't give me my change before I pulled up to the next window to get my food. I immediately told the next person at the window with my receipt in hand. It took them approx. 45 mins for a Mgr to come out to my car to tell me that her $1700 cash drawer did not come up $5.00 short. He apparently thought i was lying for $5.00. If McDonald's go broke over $5.00, by all means they can have it and I wish them well. I will NEVER visit this particular Mickey D's again...what a waste of my time and my money!! Shame on the Mgr who refused to give me back money...rerun the video Mr!!!
