I stopped in to this location, for the first time, on a Saturday morning and was greeted and helped by the most friendly guy. I regret not getting his name. My battery died the evening before requiring a jump from AAA. I went over to AutoZone to get the battery tested. He tested it (39%), priced the appropriate battery for my truck, installed it and had me on my way in no time flat. This will be my default location from here on out. Clean parking lot. Clean interior. Super friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.

David was a great help yesterday. This Autozone is the best store to come to period! Every sells person that I have encountered have been helpful and pleasant.

Alphonso was very helpful and informative. The store was extremely busy but he made sure to address my concerns and assist me as soon as he could. He resolved all of my issues and installed my battery quickly.

There are not enough words to express the SUPERB, OVER THE TOP SERVICE that I received from the store manager Ali Khan and his right hand man Alfonso White today!! I arrived with a battery issue, and little did I know other issues as well that could have been even more detrimental. These two gentlemen went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was well taken care and prepared to get back on the road safely! They were pleasant, knowledgeable and most all patient! Crazy thing is, initially I was going to go to a different location because of a negative experience I had few weeks ago at this location from a different associate. I’m so glad I didn’t. I’m smiling, relieved and most of all thrilled to know really really good people still exist during these crazy times that we’re in. Thank you again and again Mr.Khan and Mr. White!!
