I am very satisfied with this company. I have been taking my Mercedes Benz to this place for the last three years .nService is excellent and curtious.nNice people and I get a loaner car if my vehicle has to stay overnight.nI highly recommend these people.

Came for the gluten free alignment and stayed because of the excellent service ;) 5/5 stars hands down. Shanna and MJ patiently answer all questions thoroughly and are very accommodating with offering alternative transportation for bigger maintenance jobs. I couldn’t be more pleased every time I opt for their amazing local service instead of the BMW dealership.

Five star experience all around! Shanna and MJ are the best of the best. They were helpful, accommodating, and practiced great safety protocols. Everything from the initial check to getting a loaner to coordinating with Discount Tires to pick up was just so easy. Not to mention my car drives MUCH better now! Glad to have found them and will be a customer for life!

Best customer service I’ve experienced. Better than retail. MJ is AMAZING!! Remembered my name over the phone just by my car, even weeks after just one visit. They took great care of me and my car. Explained everything that needed to get done to my car and even color coded it to show me which repairs were urgent vs which ones could wait a bit. Even after I moved out of the area, I still make the drive up there because I don’t trust anyone else with my car.

I've visited Autohaus a handful of times now and am continually impressed by their customer service each time. They always take the time to explain issues and all work I've had done on my car there has been great. They also have some of the best COVID safety precautions of any place I've been.
