Always a great experience and feel comfortable recommending Pep Boys as a place to go for service. If they can't service your vehicle or don't have the part you need, a PB advisor has always offered to order the part or referred me to the right place to get the service done - great customer service! The location is transitioning to a vehicle service only location & are still able to provide excellent results.

So I went in a couple days ago and asked about patching my tire because I had a leak somewhere so when they went to go inspect it I was told by the guy don’t know his name but he told me that my two back tires were extremely dry rotted and needed to be replaced immediately. So I said OK we went inside and started talking and he told me it would be around $266 to get brand new tires for my car. I turned him down and said it was OK that I don’t have the money right now for new tires so I drove my car back home and the next day I went to discount tires and when they looked at my tires they said there was minimal dry rotting nothing to worry about right now and quickly fixed the hole in my tire for free. Always get a second opinion from somewhere because Pep Boys really try to finesse me I was very disappointed on how they handled that situation.

I walked in and Brandon waited on me and got my vehicle in right away. He was very courteous and polite. I definitely will bring my car back to them again.nThanks pep-boy.

Excellent service in all aspects at this Pep Boys location. Cesar and his team were knowledgeable and helpful. If you need tires or other basic maintenance, this spot is hard to beat. High quality with low prices.
