Firestone Complete Auto Care

Came in today for an oil change as I had a coupon and wanted to see if they could fix my rearview mirror as I accidentally unconnected it. The coupon I had was only good for a specific oil, so the front desk person- Dustin- explained the different levels/ types as well as the cost. He ended up applying another coupon to that new total for me. Before my car was ready, they called me to let me know of any maintenance issues, but with no strings or pressure attached, which I really appreciated. Being a female and getting my car looked at always makes me nervous because sometimes I do feel like I get taken advantage of. My oil change took less than an hour and a half and they were able to clip my mirror back on. They recommended new tires to me, but since they didn’t have them in stock they sent me with a quote. I felt very comfortable after my visit and believe that they are reasonably priced and that their recommendations are valid. But this visit also stood out to me because with it being such a busy Saturday, they were just genuinely nice people and helped me out with my mirror when they truly different have to. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone whose looking to get their car serviced. Dustin was great to work with on the front end, and Dylan was the technician on my car so I want to make sure he gets the proper shoutout he deserves as he was able to really help me out. Thank you!

Long long time customer. This location has always been most convenient for me and up until today I've never had a complaint about service. As I was driving around today I could smell burnt oil. I stopped in to Firestone on Glenwood Boulevard to see if they could take a look and determine if I was in an emergency situation. The young man in the building stated that he couldn't even take me until Tuesday.. I asked to speak to the store manager Rick who I've had conversations with in the past given I felt like this was an emergency situation and because of my loyalty to this location and he refused to come out of the garage area to speak with me. I took the car across the street to Jiffy Lube. There were no issues thank goodness. I had my tires rotated and an oil change and I was out of there within 30 minutes. Not sure I will ever visit the Glenwood Boulevard location again. As I said I'm a long-time Firestone customer with a credit card that I've had for probably a decade I buy all my tires at Firestone and have all my service center completed at a Firestone store. I will not however be returning to the Glenwood location. Loyalty gets you nothing there.

Been here at least five different times for my Toyota and they are amazing! They are RELIABLE. Great attitude from the staff, great advice, and work is done in a reasonable time.

Went out to my car and had a flat. Called to see about a repair. They had no time to repair my tire, that is until I said it's off the vehicle. Then it was ok to drop off. When ready to pick up, asked since I'm paying for it, if they can put it back on vehicle. Nope. That would be 20-30 minutes until the tech that worked on my car could get to it because he just started an alignment. 3 guys sitting next to lobby chatting it up. Asked about them. Was told they're all on lunch. Yeah, sure they are. All at once? Come on man. So I take the tire home to finish the job I paid for. Upon installing my tire, I notice the center cap is missing. Finish installing tire and call them. I told them it's probably on the balancing machine. Nope. I'm told it's not there and the tech that repaired my tire went home. That's funny. I live 5 minutes away. Tire took all of 7 or 8 minutes to put on. So I guess the tech who was working on that alignment didn't complete that alignment? Where he go in that 20-30 minutes I was told it would take??? Then I'm basically called a liar and was told a different tech who didn't repair my tire conveniently recalled it not having a center cap. Of course he did. Again, how convenient. I'm told they would talk to that tech tomorrow to see where it is. I call customer service. No call from Area Manager. I get a call the next day saying they found it in his toolbox. To come down and they'll install it. So I go down and it's handed to me. They knew I called customer service. So now I have to once again do work I paid for. Escalated it to Regional Manager now. I suppose if the Area Manager doesn't care to make it right with the customer, why would the crew? Great leader from the ignore the customer and he'll go away clan.

I was in an accident and my car was drifting and shaking so I took it in for an alignment. The mechanic named Ricky called me and was incredibly patronizing and rude and said I did not need an alignment, I needed 4 new tires instead. This was also before he even completed the alignment check. In the end, I asked for the alignment anyway and it was indeed out of alignment. He reminded me many times and wrote on my invoice this would not solve my problems in a condescending way. I also asked for an oil change and the cap was not put back on and all the oil spilled out. Only reason I give them a 2 is because the front desk guy was incredibly nice. I will not go back.
