If I could give them zero stars after my experience today, I would. I made my mobile order and still sat in the car for 15 mins after the fact in the drive thru and then Kayla states there are other orders ahead of mine, meaning people behind me, that ordered after me, were going to get their coffees before me because they were ahead of me in line. She wanted me to pull up and they would bring me out my coffee when they were ready. Which, pardon me if I’m mistaken but that’s not how a line works. I had two coffees, it wasn’t as if I ordered 5 coffees and expected to have them immediately. I told her I wasn't pulling up, there was nobody behind me and I’d already waited in the line just like everyone else. THEN she said under her breath that I was entitled because I wouldn't pull up for the people that weren't behind me. Kayla, you need an attitude check.

I order a salted caramel white chocolate mocha of course the salt toppings are out of season. So my drink is normally hot, tall, with 3 pumps of white chocolate mocha and 3 pumps of toffee nut with 1 shot of espresso with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I order on the app and had Uber eats to pick up and bring it literally 0.1 miles across the street. My son is having ACL surgery.nnWell I even called the Starbucks and spoke to a gentleman and also told him my order and ask can you please make sure they put whipped cream on top and lots of Carmel drizzle on it. Well it don’t taste like any whipped cream was put on it or definitely any Carmel. I called back up spoke to the same person that I spoke to the first time I called. and he said he watched her put it on there blah blah blah. This drink should be sweet hell it’s so nasty Drink ever. Smh ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f I don’t get

Arrived here at 7:50am inside the lobby placed my order.. People coming and going get called back to the register my order canceled out. Placed my order again waiting waiting sir what was your order? Wth? Left out 8:10am If you want to be late for work and have your order screwed up? This is the place to go. No apology.. I will not visit this place again.. I do not recommend going here.
