Good service always at drive-thru
While everyone at the counter has always been nice Harris teeter needs to get out of the Starbucks business, I’m not coming back to a Harris teeter Starbucks. They overcharge for everything, your reward can’t be used for any additional items like breve or an extra shot. On grande flat whites they are supposed to come with three ristretto shots they only give you two.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always get my drink right!
Not a single employee to be found. After waiting 15 minutes and being paged they show up and offer not a single word, not even asking for an order.
There was nobody there.
