A complete disappointment! I ordered an Italian sausage dog with some extra toppings. Some of them were not on the dog and when I opened the container, the bun was split open on the bottom. I understand they get busy but most of the toppings were in the container and not on the sausage dog. I had to eat it with a fork and my fingers. I wish I had taken a photo of it so I could post what a mess it was. Seriously how hard is it to make sure an Italian sausage dog is fixed properly! And fast food workers want $15 an hour??? You have one job so please perfect that before you ask for $15 an hour

I had an amazing experience at Sheetz today. The worker with the rainbow pin and the manager who likes dogs were both so friendly and helpful! Our food was delicious and came out fast. We would definitely return to this Sheetz.

They have 'wear a mask' signs all over but don't enforce it. There were 2 people not wearing their masks one was coughing and sniffling. I was fighting a panic attack trying to keep a distance. The manager was being chummy with these people, didn't tell them to put on their mask, and didn't seem to care that I had to wait 15 min to even order since I couldn't go up to the kiosks since they weren't wearing masks and they were taking forever. I was visibly upset and uncomfortable, several employees saw this and saw the customers without masks but no one cared. I left in tears because they wouldn't stop getting close to me no matter how much I tried to get away from them. Y'all should care more about the safety of your customers, just because you are behind glass panels doesn't mean we are. It's also currently the law in NC and you could get fined for this. Do better.

Clean store, good selection. Sheetz is about the best gas station company around the Triangle

The young lady at the front was very helpful and friendly after I drop my drink. She was quick and kind getting the spill clean up.
