Went here with my sister after we had a dinner. We wanted something sweet lol. I see all these reviews and it makes me laugh because the people working there we’re actually very nice and attentive and made my drinks exactly how we wanted. The lady who took my order literally made me happy.nEveryone was social distanced and the store was very clean. I see reviews talking about the store being packed but let me tell you this. It’s in a mall and it’s busy and people don’t listen to the employees. People don’t listen to social distancing rules so you can’t blame the employees for people who don’t listen. Anyways 5/5 customer service :)nnAlso, if it’s busy it’s obviously going to take longer. But my service was fast with like four people ahead of me.
This team I fast, accurate, and friendly. My order was complicated yet they made it look effortless for this experienced team. It was spotless too.
The gentleman that made my Moca Frap was SPOT ON! Best one I've ever had. Perfect taste just the right amount of whipped creme. He was also working a mile a minute but was still super polite to all his customers
This place was amazing and the most delicious thing is the caramel frappe with peppermint syrup, it was delicious, amazing, and I don't have any other words for it but it was the best thing I've ever tasted, it's like something sweet and like caramel but it has the taste of fresh peppermint, it reminds me and it feels like Winter
Starbucks Crabtree is always such a pleasure ☺. Sue and Lynn make the trip soooo worth it!
