The most consistent establishment I’ve ever experienced. Never wait less than 30 minutes or get what I ordered!nOne time I was charged for the wrong order, handed the receipt back, and got a new charge for a different wrong order. I was amazed at how many times you can mess up an order for one coffee and a soda. This was after a 45 minute wait behind 1 other car. Truly astounding customer service professionals.nOne star.
04/04/2021 waited 40 minutes for my food for it to be ice cold. And my drinks become watered down. The employees where playing in the playhouse. I'm calling to get my refund. By time I got my food every other place was closed. And I now only have 4 hours to sleep before work. Yall had one job and that was to be fast. Pathetic.
Every time I come to this location which isn’t often, there’s always a ridiculous line. My order is never right. I just don’t get it. A total of 35 min in drive thru for 2 sandwiches and a fry. Someone needs to figure out how this location can do better
Whoever manages this during the day time. Currently 2:50nnYou need to be fired!!!! Sat in the drive they for 30 minutes.nnHigher someone smarter
Moved out of the area for about a year and remembered how negative my experience usually was at this location. While temporarily here i went without even thinking of the past, but all it took was one visit and its still a mess there. I was truly pampered by the location in Garner on benson rd. While its fast food and understand i can get something of better quality elsewhere, the 3508 W Millbrook location has not ceased to fail. I cant wait to leave this area.
