My coffee had a thick texture and taste to it. It wasnt smooth. It was made in a single served cup which i think is a new thing but it was nasty. I won't be going to that starbucks anymore for coffee. But the people there admit were very nice.
Never have to complain on a Starbucks. Have always left more than satisfied. This experience was horrid. My drink tasted like watered down milk, they got my order wrong...twice. To top it all off, an employee by the name of Hayley was exceptionally rude to me (and everyone else) throughout the entire process; She was even rude to her teammates. This entire operation is in desperate need of reformation. Will never be back to this Starbucks location again. Expect a full refund. Unbelievable.
Great location not so great staff. Ordered a simple drip coffee and the coffee was room temperature. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. There were only three people inside at the time.
Loved that everyone was observing the mask and distance rules. First time inside in months and felt safe. Had been missing the fraps and it was a perfect day for one. Sat outside and enjoyed the day ad the frap.
Made my drink quickly and accurately.
