We spent weeks gathering our joint tax information. Upon getting the return back, we realized none of the information we submitted had been looked at. The return was done based on standard deduction with NO ITEMIZATION! We could have done that ourselves!!! We paid the amount due so as not to be penalized.nWe went back to the office. The agent was not to be seen. Another agent redid the return, correctly, we think. It took several weeks to get it back but at least it was right.nnWhen comparing the two versions, we saw that we had overpaid by hundreds of dollars, which we still have not received. State returns were also initially done incorrectly and while awaiting corrected copies, we are accruing interest ! We paid several hundred dollars for a terrible and frustrating experience. We, frankly, should get our money back for a job poorly done. I will definitely NOT use H&R Block again.

This has been the worst tax experience I have ever had! They made appointments and then my tax representative wasn’t in the office. They told me the pricing was one amount and then at the end charged me a ton more! Beware!!! I also called corporate and they disconnected with me multiple times!
