Mr. Jerry Straight has been an amazing help for all our vehicle needs. Most recently, I had my 2010 Honda Civic Coupe services here. After coming in contact with him after doing the repairs with my parts, he happily agreed. It was through Mr. Straight that I was informed of extensive damage that the vehicle needed additionally repaired due to an undisclosed accident that the dealer failed to disclose. He repaired those issues at a low cost. Upon receiving my vehicle, it drives better. I didn’t have to walk away with an astronomical bill that would leave me in a financial strain. I appreciate the hard work and honesty that Mr. Straight puts in his work. Even though the location is a bit far, going to Straight Automotive is well worth the short trip. It is a drop off type of shop, but he always has our vehicles fully serviced within two days.

Jerry is the owner and checked my car. There was nothing of any emergency that had to be corrected right now. I was surprised when Jerry didn't even charge me anything for his time. This is a real gentleman. Highly recommended
