The sales people are very pushy and kind of rude. I have purchased over $1000 worth of tires from North Elkin and I have never had a great experience. Perish Tire in Jonesville is much nicer. It always takes a long time to pay for products and services at north Elkin because the employees that operate their point of sale computers are constantly on the phone taking customer calls. They forgot that I was directly in front of them on more than one occasion, while trying to pay for tires. The tires are good though, and the various other services are typically satisfactory.

Had a blowout 20 miles away from the shop, my insurance couldn’t find a tow truck, called these fine folks and they had a wrecker out to me in 20 min, and even thought they were busy they installed and balanced 2 new tires for me in under an hour!
