TERRIBLE customer service! If I could it would be 0. Staff there need customer service training. I waited at the counter and waited to be helped. Another customer came in and the staff person helped him before me. I patiently waited. Another employee became available and didn’t acknowledge me there and began helping the guy that was already being helped. So now there are 2 helping one guy. I just left. Took my $450 and spent it at Auto Zone. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Finding the part was fine, staff was fine, tried to return the bulbs that I did not need 5 minutes after purchase but the guy gave me a hard time about it. I just ended up keeping the bulbs I did not need. Most likely will go to O’reilly from now on, will not be back
