Tax preparers are awesome. Well versed and up to date on new tax laws. Couldn’t ask for better people to represent a fine company. The Cooleemee store looks closed when you drive by. I think the tented windows may be the culprit. An open sign would fix that issue. The store is clean and welcoming and so are their associates. Calling on the phone to set up an appointment took time because the associate couldn’t hear me very well. Must be an old phone system. A quick and inexpensive fix! I’d recommend to friends and family and have for 10+ years. 3 stars until they fix their issues.nnOpen sign installed now!! Only a day after this review...
