Jiffy Lube

The Service Man that waited on me was very polite one helpful. He discussed with me what I needed and what they offered and then ushered me to a waiting area and offered me coffee while I waited for my car to be worked on. He said it would take 20 min. And that is exactly how long it took. He came in one time to see how I was doing and to reassure me that they would be done shortly. I had a pleasant experience while there. A fine job was done,

Today I sent my son to get an oil change in his 2015 Explorer. His vehicles recommended oil is a full synthetic. Upon seeing your price he wasn't going to have it done. He was told by your employee that he could get the Service blend it was more affordable. $69.99 Is still overpriced for an oil change and he should have not used your company. He did however which may have voided his vehicles warranty. Plus he was persuaded to buy an air filter for 24.99 which is overpriced for a product that may have cost $10 and 2 toggle clasps to change. We will not be using your company again

I feel like that they could have help me instead of trying to get over me.so I went somewhere else and they fix with no problem

The level of customer service at this location and the family of Jiffy Lube’s when something did not quite go right with my oil change was amazing. I had my oil changed the day before driving from NC to FL. In SC my oil light came on. I called the closest Jiffy Lube they checked my oil levels and topped off my water. They were very polite. They reset my light and I was off. 45 minutes later the light was back on I called the Salisbury location and spoke with the GM Ryan he was able to trouble shoot over the phone and we were comfortable my car was not in an emergency mode but needed to be looked at soon. In Jacksonville the GM made some adjustments added oil. The next day more oil under my car- it was leaking. Ryan got a tow truck to pick up my car and the Kissimmee Jiffy worked with him and that evening it was brought back to my hotel. A part had gone bad and they missed it doing the oil change. They fixed everything at no extra cost. My husband suggested going somewhere else but the jiffy lube family is vast and all worked together issues happen it’s comforting to know that when something like this happens you have support even 10 hours away from the location you visited.nThis could’ve been a huge stressor but because of the wonderful service provided by GM Ryan and all the locations along the way I was reassured and taken care of. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube family.

Although I was told my tire would be in on a Sunday to find out after paying for it, it was the wrong information, I needed a tire before Monday because I'm on the intestate 5 days a week, the staff was very pleasant and service was straightforward... will be going back despite my dilemma
