Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Campground Asheboro NC

Great park. sites are well maintained. The park is still being developed, but there are plenty of nice sites and playground activities available. We had a great time and look forward to many more visits.nThis will be a great destination park for the entire family.

We’ve brought our boys here twice. They always have a great time and we love all the activities and the proximity to the zoo. My kids can’t wait to go back in the summer and try out the pool!

Overall great experience. The children had a blast! The reason for just 4 star is the ongoing construction of the campgrounds and playgrounds. A little messy

Overall this place was great! There is a lot for kids to do, the tent sites are clean with shade trees, and the bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Top three things were the activities for kids, golf cart rentals which is a must, and the clean bathrooms.nnThe only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the almost universal lack of mask wearing, staff and visitors included. We weren't that worried about it outside because there is more than enough room to spread out and play maskless which was a welcome break from our current COVID life, but inside the small gift shop visitors and employees were all maskless. We wore ours but even when interacting with staff up close there was no mask wearing. I am sure for some this is a plus, but for us we are still being careful even though we are vaccinated.nnLong story short:. This place is awesome and good fun for the whole family. If you are still being careful and social distancing maybe wait a few months to stay here or prepare for no mask wearing by those around you.
