Having the ability to place an order online and walk into the store and immediately pick it up it’s so convenient! AutoZone always has what I’m looking for in one of their many stores. Staff are always friendly and willing to help even if you mess up your order online.

Quick stop to pickup a transmission filter and gasket. Plus 4 quarts of fluids. Service Representative was fast and accurate on vehicle information. Paid and left the store. Reccomend this store.

I came here to purchase a battery for my car, which was dying. They did not have one in stock and referred me to this store where I purchased one. The associate noticed the battery was in the trunk and told me they were not allowed to go into the vehicles to do any type of work due to Covid. I could possibly understand within the cabin of the car, but not the trunk, that in my opinion and from what the other associate at the original store told me is not inside the car. The manager needs to clarify this and get on the same page as the original store did. It was a great inconvenience running back and forth. The ironic thing was that on my way back to the original store, my battery was completely dead. I asked them to give me a jump. They did. No problem. Guess how he did it? He went into the trunk of my car. Could’ve change the battery then, which took all of five minutes. Where is the logic? He refused my gratuity, telling me I’ve been through enough today. I thanked him.

Very very helpful. I came in to have my battery tested and the guy that helped me was awesome. I wish I knew his name- light skin black guy.
