I went there for the first time today with my son and daughter. The wait time was short it was only a 10 minutes wait and the service was excellent, the food was superb, my French toast was not soggy and it was not eggy it was just right. My daughter ordered the strawberry pancakes and it was not soggy it was cooked well the strawberries was not soggy even I ate it. Bacon was crisp the mocha is to die for. I don’t believe in spending a mint for coffee, so I usually make it at home; but their Mocha was excellent and sweet enough to complement my French toast. I had two. Great place to eat! Matt and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are friendly and the food is out of this world. I've never had a bad experience.
Food is made well enough, however I felt that a little more attention to preparedness on a slow morning would have been more sufficient to quality of the food production. Hot foods should be separated in another container with cold foods for example. I believe they can certainly produce a great quality product but may need some more oversight on the micro instead of macro scale. Would try again so don't fret this company is certainly capable.
We just stopped in for coffee during our Saturday morning walk, which was great, but the cinnamon pancakes looked awesome. They're on my list for our next visit.
Breakfast and service was wonderful! I loved the little mason jars that they used for cups!
