The pizza was good but the service was better. The manager made sure I was well taken care of even with a small snafu with the order. Highly recommend to others especially for the friendly faces and great customer service.
Just used their pick-up service and I was very impressed with their attitude, on time expectations, and quality of food. Looks like Super Bowl Sunday will be our best choice here. Used the on line ordering website, no hassle payment choices, pickup time expectations given, and the website saved my information for the next ordering experience. And the stuffed crust was still hot when we got home.
I’m from up north and know Pizza Hut good and well. I wasn’t impressed with this one. My pizza legit had no sauce on it twice in a row. I don’t understand why all pizza huts aren’t the same. It’s sad because I’ve talked so highly about Pizza Hut in the past from going to them all the time up north.... now people down south think I’m crazy because they all have tried this place and said the same thing...There’s No Sauce on the pizzas! I wonder if corporate knows that not all locations follow by the rules and do things differently. Very upsetting. If I wanted to buy dough...I would have went to Publix.
Thank you and your team for your quick response and excellent delivery! I had called the store about the breadstick seasoning missing. They immediately replaced the cheese sticks and redelivered! I did not hear my doorbell or phone so they waited to make sure I got my replacement. Thank you to all the kind staff and for your hard work during the pandemic.
