My good friend loves changing her hair and often does it herself at home. However, for this particular hair style she wanted it done professionally. When the stylist did her hair, not only was the color wrong, but the dye was also splotchy and patchy throughout. When she asked for a refund the salon refused. They offered to color correct her hair but with a $100 per hour fee. They wanted to charge her to fix a mistake they made! She hates the way her hair looks and as her friend I needed to say something. It is ridiculous that the salon can't acknowledge they made a mistake. It is also ridiculous that they are allowed to do this to people's hair. Would not recommend Wisp to anybody.
I highly recommend Heather. The salon is nice, too!
My favorite salon ever! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Alyssa made my dull color shiny and vibrant again, husband said it never looked so good!
I always have a great experience at Wisp Salon. The atmosphere is inviting and professional. I've been going to Kelly for many years now, I always come out looking great!
