The pharmacy needs better management. Took way too long to get meds ready and to pick them up. Also, they clearly choose to not answer the phone--tried calling a few different times. Looks like other reviewers have similar issues. Dear staff: I'm sure the community would appreciate you getting your act together!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Transferring our prescriptions out. Hold times when calling are a minimum of 30 minutes. Prescriptions promised at specific times are NEVER ready when promised. We show up for pick up and have to wait even longer. Can take two days to have common medications available for refill. After waiting all day for a critical prescription to be filled were told they didn’t have any in stock and it would take another 24 hours. Had to wait days for a pain medication prescription after surgery to be filled- obviously never picked it up. I’m annoyed that I will have to drive a lot further to get my prescriptions but we’ve been patient with this CVS for several years and we are done with them.

Completely incapable. Lied about what they were doing for prescritions, multiple times.

prescriptions would be ready in an hr. Show up 1.5 hrs later. It'll be about an additional 45 min. 45 min later. It'll be 10. Epic slow

I almost never go to the CVS because I’ve had so many bad experiences. The employees being more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. But I was desperate I had left the house without a mask accidentally and I’m a cancer patient. I went to the drive-through waited 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge the fact that I was there for them to tell me that they would not sell me the mask that was sitting on their counter. They sell laxatives vitamins At the window, but not a mask. They told me I had to come in to buy it. But to come in the store I needed a mask. The millennial at the window told me to come into the store to buy the mask even though you need a mask to come into the store even after I explained that I was a cancer patient. That level of stupidity should not be allowed behind a pharmaceutical counter
