After being on hold for more than an hour 3x in one day I called and got the manager on the phone who assured me she would not only transfer my call to the pharmacy but get them to pick up. After 20 minutes on hold they hung up on me. I understand they are short staffed but if they can't pick up a call they are useless.
Awful service. Now that they have self pay registers,no one is ever up front. Hate having to go there. It just sucks!!! The cvs on gordon and market in Wilmington nc.

Continued poor service - rude and unhelpful. Asked for a goodrx price but had to come back in 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Moving all my scripts.
I have always loved CVS as my go to store for certain beauty items, but today i was very taken back. Do the stores get some sort of commission for pushing flu vaccines right then and there in store while you are shopping? I wasn't asked, but heard the other customers hounded by the manager to get their flu shot. I felt like i was in a car dealership with the hawks pushing you to say yes and make a deal. Whether you get your flu vaccine or not, stores should not act this way.
