Jiffy Lube

This Jiffy Lube station is a 5-Star I brought my 2005 Lexus here the very first time I got her. We had a AC leak and the tech was able to unclog the AC which was leaking into my car and save my new car. He last time I brought my car in to do a transmission fluid. The Tech was super professional and got it done fast and back on the road.nThank you so much Jiffy Lube associates!!! You guys are awesome!!

Website states they do yearly inspection. When got there for it and also for the oil change, they said there was no power. But could do just the synthetic oil change which was fine. But when requested the yearly inspection, staff responded that Jiffylube didn't do them anymore. It was too late to back up from the oil change as they were in the middle of changing it. They sent me to Valvoline for the yearly inspection which was nice at least of them to give the reference and business to their competitors. It was embarrassing for me to go to Valvoline just for the yearly inspection though.nThe attendant at Jiffylube didn't wear his mask. I had to signal to him to wear it before I opened my car window to talk to him. Then at the office when he took my information, he covered his mouth with the mask, but not his nose. He did the SAME thing with the previous customer.
