The team went above and beyond expectations by guiding me step by step through the process of my installation, any concerns that may have arrived were brought to my attention and discussed before they could happen. Once my car audio system was completed, Brandon and Josh ran me through my new setup making sure that I was comfortable with how everything worked. DES has achieved all of them.nnI have brought three vehicles to them in 4 years (two trucks and a sports car) and could not be happier with the leather and the audio upgrades. Their patience regarding my last vehicle was amazing. Thru no fault of their own and a relentless dedication to make something work my truck seats and sound turned out amazing. They completely undersold the sound quality! They hand built and customized an amp box for me because they refused to give up. The 2020 truck manufacturer changed the specs of the rear seat and the amp company had not updated their dimensions. They could have easily thrown in the towel or had to revise the proposal but they did neither. They refused to even take a tip for everything they did.nnFrom the technician to the front desk to the owner I want to say I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone involved for a job well done. DES installed leather heated/cooled front seats as well as matching rear leather seats in my Jeep Wrangler. The installation was professionally completed and the final product looks like new factory seats. I have used the newly installed seats for two years now and they still operate well and look fantastic. I would highly recommend Branden and his team!

Great place for any kind of upgrades to your car. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy. Was in town for a few days and called at the last minute for a dvd installation for my kids. Not only did they fit me in but got it done quickly and it did not disrupt my trip. Would highly recommend to anyone and will use them in the future for more improvements.
