I was welcomed as a new client with enthusiasm.nCain made the appointment easy and right on time.nI went for an oil change and they found an oil leak, fortunately!nRecommended I have it fixed and also what needs it may have approaching 90,000 mi. No hard sellnjust helping me keeping my Volvo on the road safely.nThe facility was very clean and Cain offered a loaner .nNew to Wilmington, I read the reviews . Most wrote with high praise and I join them. I will return as I have found my new service station. . Thank you to all !

Cain is super proactive and Kyle walked me through our recent service diagnostic with patience and didn't treat me like I was some clueless customer.nnIt really is hard to find an honest mechanic, but I can happily say we've found ours in the Wilmington NC area. In my 40 years of working with different shops, IMO, the boys at East Coast Eurowerks in Wilmington are the best. OJ, Kyle and the team are true professionals that understand you and make every effort to get it right. Great communication and very fair in their pricing. I bought a used 2017 Audi Q7 with 79k miles and now have 89k miles and have been taking my car to them since I got it. They have better prices than they dealer and work quickly and diligently! I noticed that my car had been burning oil, to which they offered me a product which should help with that and so far it has worked. Cain can always get an appointment in when I need it and makes sure to send a reminder a few days before my scheduled service. This place gets a 10/10 in my book!
