Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have to say that every time I have visited this Valvoline location I have only had great experiences. Every person on their staff has excellent customer service skills. I will say that yesterday when I had my oil changed that Lonnie stood out. Great customer service skills. He answered all of my questions with knowledge and kindness. I loyally go to this location because of the staff.

Five stars to Lonnie for his professionalism and service. Lonnie walked me through the entire oil change experience. This store allows the car owner to remain in their car during the oil change, which to me is convenient. I was in and out with an oil change in less than 25 minutes. Great customer experience. I recommend this store for your vehicle’s oil change service.

Very satisfied customer 1st time going,there customer service was Grt. As well instant service, there where no long waits periods,which is my #1 reason for evan coming very convenient,+ i was able to use my 24.99 coupon,they did an excellent job,checking everything from changing oil of course, to tire pressure, battery, signal lights,fluids,n both oil an air condition filters,all staff was very pleasant,and professional so I definitely will be returning.I also recommend anyone that needs to get there car serviced, visit here.
