1/24/2021. Stopped by for coffee today and was really disappointed. I know there is a mask mandate in NC and I had mine on. After being asked by the young lady what I would like, I slipped my mask below my nose so I could breathe and before I could answer her she told me to put my mask back over my nose. Sadly enough she cared more about the correct way of wearing a mask than how I would like my coffee.
Stopped here for a quick breakfast. My wife and I had a coffee and chai latte with bagels. Both drinks were made perfectly and the bagels were delicious. Great stop to start off our day!
Been here a few times---never been disappointed with the food.nBUT, the customer service I had when I visited has been less than stellar.nOne of the young ladies working there carelessly tossed my sandwich on the trolley for pick up.
During the pandemic, we stopped by a couple of weeks ago and got two 12 ounce bags of the very good coffee beans they offer. This past weekend we called ahead to do it again. When we got there, we went to the drive in window and announced ourselves to be told that they don't do that any more. We explained to her that we had a good experience the last time but was unusual the attempt to deny service this time with no notice especially after calling ahead. It is entirely possible we called the wrong location which we apologized for if it had happened but was a chore to allow us the order. Bad day?
