Clean with Excellent customer service! The ladies at the front desk are helpful, kind, cheerful, and great with my kids every time we have come. My children have a wonderful time here! It's excellent for ALL ages as my boys have been going since age 2! They have newly adopted extensive cleaning regiment that leaves me feeling safe, even with two young children.
We took our 5 kiddos to this place today and it was so fun! Everyone had a great time! It was a fun & clean place. We love to go every time we come into town. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! Can’t wait to go back!
Took the kids for a reward after a busy week of virtual schooling. Front staff was nice and patient while I filled out waivers. One of the jump staff generously and repeatedly retrieved the trapeze for my son which he loved. Our time got cut short due to a storm but the staff compensated us with passes for next time. Overall very enjoyable and we will keep coming here!
Defy is an awesome place to go to! It's great cost wise (especially if you get a membership) and you can easily enjoy yourself for 1-2 hours anytime you go! The staff are super friendly and helpful and it's a great time anytime I visit!
It was great. They told us what days and times we could get the best prices for. Sadly though one part of the trampoline area was closed off because there wasn’t any staff watching it but eventually we did get to try it once they got someone.
