The young associate didn't know what an Isuzu was. Quoted me the wrong price. And also stated that the part was so expensive because of the vehicle make. I did not inform him that this same vehicle part was also shared with the Honda Passport. And also their inventory said they had 8 spark plugs for my vehicle they had none in stock. I ordered them online the exact same plugs from RockAuto for $3.51 Less per plug. I will not be going there ever again! I even tried to explain to him the original parts I was looking for we're not as expensive as he quoted and showed me he was quoting me the price for 5 instead of one but he did not believe me. And thankfully I did not even get the plugs from there.

Great customer service, and have what I need. And will install, test, charge if needed your battery for free.
