Great place to get a hair cut

Best haircut I've ever received. Frank is the nicest guy and has over 33 years worth of experience. It feels like an old-school barbershop (straight razor, hot foam, etc). Plus, it was the cheapest haircut I could find around Troy! Definitely will be a loyal customer. So glad I know about it now.

Before going to Frank's Barber Shop, I had honestly never visited a barbershop and not looked forward to leaving after five minutes in the barber chair. Talking to Frank made me want to stay the rest of the afternoon! He's such a cool and humorous guy. Loved the hair cut too! I've never received a better hair cut - even in New York where a haircut is $60.00 a pop!
