Usually pretty good, but lately the Italian cheesy bread has been poorly done with little cheese. In order to remedy this we tried ordering extra cheese, but they say they don't allow that now. Think we will avoid this location till that changes.

Hit or miss, the staff are nice but sometimes the pizzas just come out really bad...
NO STARS... Unprofessional ungrateful disrespectful children. I am a mom of a teenager, so I am very patient. However, this staff pushes you to your limits. I am resident who drives past this location for better service. My children love the pizza. At this location lines are long, pizza burnt and customer service is horrible, MEAGAN O. has the nastiest attitude. Her cellphone way more important than her job. Corporate office has heard my complaints. In the African American community we treat our own horrible, but want to be respected. WE GOTTA DO BETTA.
Always check your pizza for bubbles before you leave. Employees are not trained properly. Some of the Managers do not want to deal with customers. Some customers are rude and demanding. Have patience it takes time to cook food. This is for the Oak lawn, Il Location!
