3 mile round trip hike. Easy the first two miles, it gets rocky and challenging at the end. There are two big waterfalls, not counting many small ones along the way. This trail is beautiful! I would recommend going to the big waterfall at the end. It's definitely worth a try!nYou can swim in the water hole there and the waterfall views are stunning! It's challenging to reach the second bigger waterfall, but doable. Our 16 and 9 year old did it twice. So worth it! Wear a good hiking shoes and go on a weekday. You won't be dissapointed!

Amazing! So worth the walk! It's about a mile and a half to get to the waterfall, but there's lots of beautiful spots to see walking along the river even before you get to the waterfall. Lots of places you could swim in the river. The waterfall itself was a lot higher than I expected. Relatively flat walking out there. Not a difficult trail unless you try to go up beside the waterfall... But that's kind of off the beaten path. Highly recommended!

Beautiful but crowded.

Beautiful hike. We went on a drizzly, gray, rainy day. Wanted to get in a family hike but did not want to be on a super long trail due to the really rough weather. This was a perfect option. Yes it rained the entire time we were on the trail but the wide, open path was easy to navigate even with our puppy who is not a fan of the rain. There is one area where you do have to navigate a stream crossing and in the rain this was a bit more challenging but I imagine on a sunny day this would be a breeze. The approach to the falls is lovely and easy to reach. The view is fabulous. The falls were running very heavily no doubt due to the heavy rains of the day. My husband who enjoys waterfall photography easily found several vantage points to practice his photog skills. This would be a fabulous place to splash and cool off on a hot summer day! Along the trail there are historic reminders of the area's earlier private uses. The park is well maintained with ample parking, clearly marked signs and public restrooms. Great family experience.

GPS took us to deed restricted neighborhood. Drove 1 hour to just have to turn around.
