What a wonderful experience. Was in search of a place for my son to get a haircut. Came across Highlands Barber Shop. Was able to get him in within an hour. My son had a fabulous haircut and we all shared in conversation. Would definitely recommend!
A very friendly gentleman in a pleasant shop in downtown Highlands. An average 18 minute haircut for $30. plus gratuity.
