This body shop was amazing. I was so frustrated after my car was hit. The insurance company for the other driver was horrible. They took care of everything. I never had to make a call or worry. Then I got my car back and it was perfect! Beautiful, clean and looked like nothing had happened. Don't take your car anywhere else. Let this place handle your claim or body work. TOP NOTCH!

The staff are awesome and so very courteous. So helpful and want to make sure all work is done correctly! They took care of the sunroof that had leaked. Replaced it and cleaned all the seats and floorboard. The inside looked almost new again and the sunroof has not leaked one time since being replaced. Awesome job and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Twice I have taken my vehicle to Norris Paint and Bodyworx this year due to separate incidents. I have a 2018 Rav-4 that has only 18k miles. earlier this summer, i scratched the left doors and then had someone hit the rt quarter panel on a separate occasion. This vehicle is a metallic silver making it a quite difficult color to match. On both incidents, post repair, there are no indicators that the vehicle has been in a accident... which is exactly what you want. The work was done in a timely manner and the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this shop to anyone wishing to have their vehicle brought back to pre loss collision without compromise!

Everyone that my husband and I interacted with at the shop were so friendly, and professional.nnThe windshield and hood of my car were replaced in a timely manner, and we received phone calls with updates in the process.nnI hope that we never experience damage to one of our cars again, but if we do we now know where to go to get quality service!
