The owner is a great guy. And he tried to keep the cost down for me because i had spent so much on the vehicle repairs. However i believe that contributed to the poor service. His team could not find the source of a ticking noice that had been getting worse and worse. The last day i went to them they said they could not work on vehicles that have a timing chain therefore he could not help me. There were no options given to me. It seemed like they just no longer (after several years of taking my vehicle to them only, for my mechanical needs) did not want me as a customer any more. Since then i have found a repair shop that fixed my problem quickly and proffessionally. i will not reccomend crossroads to anyone. Because even though Steve the owner is a great guy he is not a mechanic And because of that the leadership is lacking.

This place is amazing! I have taken my truck here many times! They are very friendly and always do a great job! I trust them completely when it comes to recommending services! If I don’t absolutely need something, they let me know! Very trustworthy! Look no further for a place for car maintenance or repair!

Best auto repair I have ever patronized. Very knowledgeable staff of technicians. Donnie or his wife will meet you when you arrive. As with the rest of the staff, both are very gracious and act in a pleasant but professional manner. Good Cristian folks who strive to get you in and out in a very timely manner. Pleased that someone will contact to explain the issue with your vehicle and provide estimated cost rather than hit you with a jolt when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. I have occasion to be advised that repairs could be made at a much cheaper cost than I had anticipated. Faith based business with professional, pleasant staff
