The best autozone I've ever been to. Came in with a battery light at 7:30 on a thursday night. They had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes, and had a mechanic helping in 10. We were out the door in 45 mins with a new alternator.nSaved our vacation, service with a smile.

Normally don’t leave reviews, however this is the third bad experience in the past month I’ve had. The first time it was annoying but everyone has a bad day. The third time I tried to make it so easy it should be hard to have a bad experience, but they did it. I collected the information myself and ordered all parts on line. Pressed for time and having two young children I thought I would just swing in and pick up curbside. Long story short nothing was ready had to go inside anyways unload the kids spend extra time load back up. I did this for the convenience and it was not convenient. Would recommend checking out if your getting paid hourly but if not there are much more efficient places to purchase from.

Went into the score to ask a couple questions. Customers don’t wear masks, I asked couldnI use the restroom and was told no cause of virus. Then why are they letting customers into the store without a mask? A brand new wiper blade had broken off at the factory base. Went in to ask if we could exchange it. First asked for receipt, once we produced the receipt then they said nope not under warranty.nAutoZone is about money not customer satisfaction!!!! Shop here if you want to
