We found Rob via the Utah Association of CPAs and after much deliberating decided to go to him for our tax planning and returns. We had extensive real estate and investment questions and even though our taxes were not too complicated, we wanted some advice and to make sure we were getting everything we could. He worked with me over email which I appreciated. He had us upload documents using his portal beforehand, but also was gracious about handling scanning some documents on the spot. The building is in a small lot that is easy to overshoot as you drive south on Fashion Blvd. There are a few spots in front but you might have to find nearby parking elsewhere. The door just says Capital Assets Financial, but it's the right place. We went in and went up stairs and then took a right, and found signs and friendly staff to guide us to sit down with Rob. He took care of everything we threw at him, including tax documents, failed investments, rental income, and miscellaneous income. He took the time to answer all of our questions. I really liked how he filled things out with a screen facing you so you could see how it all worked. He is willing to teach those interested in learning. He sent an invoice through his portal website afterwards. Expect to pay about $350 for a 1040+ tax return. We felt like the price was reasonable for the great service, and we plan to be back.

Rob is honest and a great guy. He really knows what he is talking about. Everyone at the office is great!
