This place is amazing! It was my first time and they made me feel welcome and not ashamed. They took the time to teach me correctly so I would not get hurt. It is a great atmosphere and I cannot wait to go back.
Great group of athletes and excellent trainers. I dropped in for 3 classes and was welcomed by all. Next time I'm in Norwood I'll be back. Their shirts are pretty bad a$$ too!
Joined this gym almost 2 months ago without a CrossFit background. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches genuinely shows that they have your best interests in mind. Very glad I joined.
Great trainers, great members, great WODs, great facility. Really enjoyed spending a couple months dropping in here.
