Owner had an employee email me back in August threatening to report me to a collection agency if I didn't catch up with my payments that weren't paid during the pandemic and also wants my credit card information to charge me for the future. I have elderly parents that live with me. He then reported he'd hold off until December and then reevaluate again at that time. In October I received a letter from a collection agency (meanwhile Greg the owner doesn't even remember what collection agency he reported me to). I finally had to go to the corporate office and complain about his location in order to get this resolved and even know he said he called the collection agency and supposedly closed the account. I said I want proof of that and he said call the collection agency yourself and find out. I understand gym's are hurting but I am not putting myself or my family in jeopardy at this time and I have the legal right to do that and threatening me is not the way to go about it. That's why I am finally writing a poor review which is extremely unusual for me.

I have been going to anytime fitness for about a month now and it has changed my life! I feel so much better both physically & mentally. I have been training with Italo and I do not have enough words to describe how awesome he has been! He is one of the most encouraging individuals who makes the gym comfortable and a welcoming place to go to. I always dreaded having to go to the gym but now that I have joined anytime I can’t wait to get there. Everyone here is very friendly and it is a non judge mental zone. If you are looking for a positive change in your life I highly suggest anytime fitness!!

The best gym I've been a member of. The staff here are very friendly, approachable, and professional. Aquie and Italo are superb; they make the training sessions fun yet also challenging. Good variety of equipment. The place is clean. Private bathrooms! Can't beat the convenience of 24-hour access. The best part of this gym is the people -- the staff and the members! Like a supportive fun family in exercise, strength, and good health.

I came to Anytime from Planet fitness, and boy are they different. I absolutely love my gym now, it is smaller yes, but you get to know the people around you and it begins to feel a lot more personable.nnI train with Italo, and let me tell you he is utterly incredible.nHis knowledge level is beyond impressive, and to be honest he is probably the friendliest human I've ever met in my life. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is warm, friendly yet will push you and kick your butt with a smile on his face, I urge you to seek him out.
